Welcome! I am so glad you're here.
My name is Haylee Mitchell. I am a Second Degree Usui Reiki Practitioner and a certified Sound Practitioner. I am also a registered nurse of 9 years and have worked as a psychiatric RN for the last 3+ years. Working in this field of nursing taught me to prioritize my own mental health, which led to some neat discoveries along the way.
I fell in love with sound work about 3 years ago when I attended my first sound bath. Shortly after that I was introduced to Reiki, also known as energy work, which felt so nurturing for my nervous system. After receiving these services personally, I saw the impact it had on my healing journey. Before I knew it, Energy and Sound Work became my passion. My dream is to bring more love into this world and to educate and show others that healing is possible and that you don't have to do it alone. I am simply a guide but you are your own true healer.
